Submitting a complaint

Although we hold our staff team to high standards, we know this isn’t enough and that some concerns need to be easily raised.

Submitting a complaint forwards your concerns directly to the Leadership Council team.

A valid email must be provided when you submit a complaint.

If the complaint is related to a moderation action, it is helpful to provide Prosochi IDs and Discord User IDs.

This is NOT the same as a ban appeal. Click here to submit a ban appeal.

Users that submit a complaint are protected from any form of retaliation.
