Prosochi, which is exclusive to our servers, collects the User ID of members only when a moderative action is applied. This data is securely stored in a database and is promptly removed whenever a moderative action expires or is needed for logging purposes. The data collected by the bot cannot be shared outside of our staff team.
We use the collected data to provide and improve our services, including our website, Mastodon instance, and Discord bot functionality. Specifically, for Prosochi, User ID data is used solely for moderation purposes and ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. All information will always reside within the secure control of the Global Weather & EAS Society.
